Honk! JR. is the heart-warming tale of Ugly, an unusual duckling rejected by his siblings and the farmyard animals. Tricked by the wily Cat into her kitchen, Ugly escapes but quickly becomes lost. The show follows Ugly’s adventures as he tries to find his way home to his mother, Ida, who has never given up hope for the return of her “different” child.
Based on Hans Christian Anderson’s The Ugly Duckling, Milton Follies will be showcasing the talents of 27 local performers aged 7 to 15. Rehearsals have been underway since February, and we are excited to perform this family friendly show at Milton Theatre from June 12 to 21.
